Happy hello by Mr Building!

We had a lot of rain this weekend.... bluh. On rainy days the Netherlands can look a little bit sad and grey. Especially when you are biking through a building site... my car is parked nearby. It was a big surprise when I met Mr. Building! He gave me a happy hello! How nice of him!
